Hi All

I have searched the net for P/Es ratio for various countries with no avail.

Any one have any ideas please?

Thank You.

http://markets.ft.com/research/Markets/Data-Archive

In the drop down box select Equities - Ratios - Yield & PE by Country and then the date

Easy :-)

Half way down the page there is a sub title Download Data

Where it says please select the desired category select the leftmost box and scroll down and you will see "Equities";

in the box to the right of that, select it and scroll down the items until you see the word Ratios - Yield & PE by Country ;

To the right of that pull down is 'select a date'.

When you have done all three steps, click Download.

I'd like to follow up my original reply to say that the reason I usually visit the FT page is to download the rather obscure titled "FTSE Actuaries Share Indices - UK Series" (find it in the second drop down box).

This gives a UK sector by sector break down of yields and PE on a daily basis. I keep an eye on PE for the FTSE Index as when it is low (bottomed out) this may be an indication to buy, e.g. March 2009 or Oct 2011.

I think there are plenty of money making opportunities on home soil without the need to trade abroad.
