Hi,

I'm new to investing with an initial £5000 to invest.

Would anyone here have any opinions on the following ISA please?

"IWeb Self-Select Stocks and Shares ISA"

http://www.iweb-sharedealing.co...tocks-and-shares-isa.asp

Any help much appreciated.

iWEB are a good choice as they're low cost plus fixed cost as I'm assuming with £5k you won't be buying too many different funds or trusts.

Do check if they offer the products you want. It sounds obvious but they're missing some popular products.

I’d have a look at Hargreaves Lansdown and Charles Stanley Direct.
