Try A J Bell:
https://www.youinvest.co...s/international-dealing

Or Hargreaves Lansdown:
http://www.hl.co.uk/inve...ount/where-can-i-invest

It may also be worth exploring whether non-UK platforms can do what you want (ISA accounts won't be available, though!), for example:
https://www.tdameritrade...unt-types/standard.page

Do fill in the form that allows you as a non-resident (assuming you are!) to receive a large reduction in the withholding tax on dividends.

Back in the days when we held individual International Stocks via TD Waterhouse; found US American Depository Receipts (ADRs) quite useful.
We could trade most of the major companies around the world on the US market using those ADRs simply priced in US Dollars. Kept a lid on the number of currencies held/exchanged.
Might be an option if US Stocks/Dollars are already held?
