My husband and I are getting divorced and we are both on the mortgage . I am staying in the house as i work from home and my husband is happy for me to do this if i give him 100,000. the house worth 275,000, my daughter is willing to take out a mortgage to pay him off .. we owe 25,000.on the mortgage. Then the solicitor can hopefully put my daughter and i on the deeds. does anyone else know if its possible

Get the answers "from the horse's mouth" by asking a suitably qualified solicitor.

My daughter and her husband have helped out his parents. Solicitor has arranged for both to now be joint owners of the property so it is doable.
