Joined Hank with BAB yesterday.

Re comments on Quiz 31st July and the article we read comparing Quiz, Joules and Boohoo. I'm considering Boohoo if I can buy at around £1.90 and/or Quiz if I can buy around £1.72. I'd be interested to learn current thoughts from anyone.

Taylor Wimpey, Aug 2015 was £2, today it's 3 pence more expensive. That's a long wait for a modest return of 1.5% !

I think you might want to listen to an old 4 tops record regarding Acapulco Hank. ( Going Loco, down in Acapulco)

Hi Elvis

All my buys come when it looks like the value is tanking.

Buy the b'stards when they're cheap.

When will they ever learn?

Bedtime my dear? By my reckoning Hank, it was lunchtime in your neck of the woods.
I see that 'our' market didn't agree with you , I'd call it a draw and buy Bellway.

aarh but Betty...

Lucille came around whispering her magic. Her tears shining honey sweet with love and when she's lying close beside me my heart beats with the rhythm of her sighs...

The levee will break

Veritable flurry of activity here at BIA this week!
:-
IVPG (Global Income) top sliced
LAND Securities added to, and will add further on repeated weakness (thanks BB for that one)

One or two others on watch list; but hopefully calm will now return.
Can't keep up this frenetic pace!

EDIT : Oh No! Not more activity!
Top slicing 3IN (Infrastructure)

Mr Helpful......I have also been a buyer of British Land and Hammerson as both on large discounts....not sure why investors holding Property Investment Trusts at prices close to NAVs..

Thanks, yes, did also add BLND at full weighting after some research (LAND only part weighting) earlier following your prompts.

Have added HMSO to the 'must research' list but intial search suggests HMSO looks unduly retail heavy?
Any immediate thoughts on how HMSO might compare with BLND/LAND in terms of Retail v Other?
Certainly retail can be re-developed into other, but that would take time and money.

Thanks again.

Mr helpful....just taken my Lands up to 12500 shares.......thanks for prompt. Dont know spreads but never worry as companies run by experts and can make a better call than me. Just buying unwanted/unloved stocks ie discounts of around 30% is good enough for me. Get better results this way......

Following on from Chelverton's purchase of 5% or so of TAM, I see from yesterday's RNS that Liontrust has just about doubled its stake to 10.19% of the company.
