www.investor-rescue.org has been contacted by an investor in three land banking scams. These are:
Global Land Group, Emerging Property Partners and Swift Land Investments. Independently, we have also been looking at a few others including UKLI as this is linked to the Connaught Asset Management issues.
We will be updating the website early next week to reflect this but wanted to get an early appeal for further information out on the system without delay. If you, or a client, have been affected by Land scams in recent years we would be interested in collating information with a view to developing a strategic action plan across a number of schemes.
We are not looking for any fees at present, just scoping out the degree of interest and difficulty within the investor community. Any information received will be in strictest confidence and we are happy to follow up contact with a phone call if readers prefer a one-to-one conversation first.
