Some Offshore [ Luxembourg] funds investing outside developed markets, are Euro hedged & Dollar dominated. Which one is better for British investor. Any advice please? Thanks. Mac.

Do you mean dollar DENOMINATED? That's a different thing. A 'denominated-currency' fund is one where the value of the holdings in local or other currencies is then converted to dollars rather than the fund being invested in dollar currency purchases.
