still cannot log in using firefox

I emailed support@ on Tuesday, without reply

Normally when I go to the site I'm already signed in

Today I'm being asked to sign in
but if I click on sign in I just go back to the page I was already on

It might have something to do with the new cookies yadda yadda pop up

but anyway I CANNOT SIGN IN! using firefox

win 7 firefox (latest 16.0.2)
I can however sign in with IE9
