What's the difference between CMHY & IPE?

CMHY is on a 3.3% discount whereas IPE is on a 4.6% premium. Both IT's share the same management team & 6 out of their respective top 10 holdings are the same. IPE's yield is slightly higher but hard to believe this would justify the difference. Any ideas?

Gearing. IPE has had higher levels of gearing over recent years which has worked in its favour and delivered higher NAV growth - and past performance is a pretty good guide to future buying patterns.
