Hi Everyone

Wishing you all a Happy New Year first of all

I have seen a number of investment trusts on HL no longer available for purchase due to the company not providing KID documentation to the broker. One of which is the Oryx fund. I bought this some months back. I am correct in saying these companies will provide the documentation in due course or is it more complicated than that. If no one can buy them on platforms wont this affect the share price too much. Is it best to just sell them. My holding is only 4% but id rather move it elsewhere if this one will go nowhere for the reasons above?

I think you'll find that the dilatory trusts get their act together and after a few weeks they'll all be tradeable again. This can't have come a surprise to them..... but some of them seem to have been less than professional in not getting on with it.

stupid new rules - I have never read a key info doc before buying a trust.

I read the annual report.
