What happens if I sell a Fund held in Accumulation Units between the ex-dividend date and dividend payment date? Would I receive any payment?

Yes you will provided you held the fund when it went xd.
Edit: Sorry I missed the bit about these being Acc units. Please see Tyrions next post for the correct reply.

You would if you hold income units. Accumulation don't work like that though, my understanding is that dividends are added to the fund as and when individual shares pay out so once you've sold the fund you'd receive nothing further.

The dividend payment and ex-dividend dates only apply to income units, they are pretty much irrelevant if you hold accumulation units.
